Refunds will only be issued for less than 30 days prior to the date a payment was made. We won’t provide credit for partial-month membership periods, nor do we prorate partial-months. We are not responsible for any fees incurred in issuing a refund. This includes fees from our processor, your credit card company, your bank, etc. Should a refund be issued it will only be returned to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer active a refund likely cannot be issued. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
