Refunds

Subscriptions We will accept refunds if an account has not yet been activated and login credentials have not been used. If we can verify an account hasn’t been accessed since the time since it was subscribed then we may issue a refund. This policy is capped at 30 days. Refunds will only be issued for less than 30 days prior to the date a payment was made. We won’t provide credit for partial-month membership periods, nor do we prorate partial-months. We are not responsible for any fees incurred in issuing a refund. This includes fees from our processor, your credit card company, your bank, etc. Should a refund be issued it will only be returned to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer active a refund likely cannot be issued. For further questions please contact Billing Support Single video purchases We will only issue single video purchases if the account is new and the login credentials have not been used. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact billing support.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on physical or digital items.

Gifts and discounts

For qualifying refund items you will only receive a refund in the amount you paid. If the item was on sale at the time of purchase, or the item was free, you will only be refunded what you paid despite any sticker discrepancies.

Limitations

This policy only refers to purchases and subscriptions of digital or physical goods purchased at ShiriAllwood.com. For refunds on purchases from other platforms please contact the billing departments for the website in question (ie OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, Pornhub, etc). I cannot and will not issue refunds for purchases made on other platforms.
